Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product roadmap. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, gather user insights, and deliver features that enhance our customer experience. You’ll play a key role in driving our vision forward, ensuring that Refundly continues to exceed customer expectations and scales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Develop and drive the product roadmap, aligning with Refundly's mission and growth objectives.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Gather and prioritize customer feedback, ensuring that our features address real user needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to bring features to life.
  • Agile Management: Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user data and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain Refundly's edge in the market.
  • Launch and Optimization: Oversee product launches, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement based on user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or consumer-facing startup.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform decision-making.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex problems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional, remote, or offshore teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, payments, or returns processes is highly desirable.
