How to Enter

1. Download the Refundly app from the Apple App Store.
2. Complete your account setup by linking your Gmail email account (required for eligibility). This will take less than a minute.
3. Email hello@refundlyapp.com with “AvA” in the subject line and include your first and last name in the body of the email.

Starbucks Gift Card Eligibility

‍The first fifty (50) eligible participants who complete the primary method of entry (completing the full app setup including connecting a Gmail email account + sending a completed email to hello@refundlyapp.com with AvA and their first and last name) will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card. Eligibility will be determined by the timestamp of completed setup and confirmation email. Starbucks gift cards will be delivered via email within seven (7) days of verification.  Employees/contractors of Refundly and their immediate family/household are not eligible.

All eligible participants, including those who receive a Starbucks gift card, will be entered into the Amazon gift card raffle.

Deadline:  Friday, February 6, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT

Amazon gift card winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and notified by February 14, 2026.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Linking a credit card does not obligate you to make any purchases.

Eligibility:
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry and are current AvA subscribers. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the number of email addresses used.

Prizes / Odds

Starbucks Gift Cards
The first fifty (50) eligible entrants who complete the primary method of entry will each receive one (1) $10 Starbucks gift card. Approximate retail value: $10 each. Total ARV of Starbucks prizes: $500.

Amazon Gift Cards
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the deadline. Each winner will receive one (1) $125 Amazon gift card. Approximate retail value: $125 each. Total ARV of Amazon prizes: $375.

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of All Prizes: $875.

Odds of winning the Amazon gift cards depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Prizes have no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted, except at Refundly’s sole discretion if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

Selection / Notification

Potential Amazon gift card winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about January 19th from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner will be notified on February 14th, 2026 via email with gift card attached.

Additional Terms

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner.
