App specific passwords allow third-party apps (like Refundly) to sign in to your Apple account and access your iCloud Mail.
Follow the below steps on your iPhone to create an app-specific password and use it with Refundly.
Step 1 On your iPhone open Safari. Go to https://account.apple.com/
Step 2 Click the "sign in" button
Step 3 If prompted, enter the verification code sent on your trusted device

Step 4 Scroll down and click on the "App-Specific Passwords" section

Step 5 Tap on "Generate an app-specific password"

Step 6 Label the password "Refundly"

Step 7 Copy the generated password and click "Done"
